Sue’s first memory of design was perusing through Rolling Stone magazines and wondering why a story about Axl Rose looked different from a story about Sinead O’Connor.

She soon studied at School of Visual Arts under many designers, including Gail Anderson who was responsible for those same spreads from Rolling Stone.

Sue met Milton Glaser during school and has been working at his studio for the majority of the time since graduation. She also does additional projects independently.
